Matrix+ 4-for-3 Promotion – Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions apply to the Matrix+ 4-for-3 Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Matrix Education (“Matrix”).

1. Promotion Overview

Under this Promotion, customers who purchase four (4) or more eligible Matrix+ Online Courses in a single transaction will receive a 25% discount on eligible Matrix+ course fees (“Offer”).

2. Promotion Period

The Promotion is available for enrolments made between:

• Start Date: Friday 19 December 2025

• End Date: Thursday 2 April 2026 (unless extended or withdrawn earlier at Matrix’s discretion)

The Promotion is not valid for enrolments made before or after this period, unless otherwise stated by Matrix.

3. Eligible Regions

The Promotion is available to customers enrolling in Matrix+ Online Courses in:

• New South Wales (NSW)

• Victoria (VIC)

4. Eligible Courses

• The Promotion applies to Matrix+ Online Courses only.

• All Matrix+ Online Courses offered in NSW and VIC are eligible, subject to availability.

• The Promotion does not apply to in-person Matrix courses, holiday courses, or other non-Matrix+ products, except as outlined in clause 5.

5. How the Discount Is Applied

• The 25% discount is automatically applied at checkout when four (4) or more items are added to the cart.

• If a cart contains at least one (1) Matrix+ course and three (3) non-Matrix+ items, the discount will apply only to the Matrix+ course(s).

• If a cart contains four (4) items but no Matrix+ courses, no discount will apply.

• If a customer removes an eligible Matrix+ course during checkout, the displayed discount may not immediately update. Customers must refresh the page or proceed to payment for the correct price to display.

6. Eligibility – New and Existing Students

The Promotion is available to both new and existing students, subject to the following conditions:

New or Returning Students

• Must purchase at least four (4) Matrix+ courses in one transaction.

• Courses may be paid upfront or via a monthly instalment plan over the first term.

• Standard enrolment fees apply unless otherwise stated.

Existing Students

• Students who have already purchased one (1) or two (2) Matrix+ terms may purchase the remaining terms upfront or via instalments and receive the equivalent of one (1) term free under the Promotion.

• Students currently enrolled in three (3) Matrix+ terms may be eligible, subject to Matrix approval.

• Students who have already purchased four (4) Matrix+ terms are not eligible for refunds, reimbursements, credits, or retrospective application of this Promotion.

7. Payment Conditions

• Instalment plans must be paid in full within the term in which the enrolment is made.

• The Promotion is only available for purchases made upfront or via Matrix’s approved instalment plans.

8. Student-Specific Application

• The Promotion applies per student only.

• Courses cannot be shared, transferred, or combined across multiple students.

• The Promotion is non-transferable.

9. Course Access and Resources

• Learning Management System (LMS) access will be provided at the start of each term, not in full at the time of purchase.

• LMS access periods:

  • Years 7–11: Access ends 31 December of the enrolled year

  • Year 12: Access ends on the official HSC examination date

• Physical theory books will be dispatched at the start of each term and may not be shipped in full at the time of purchase.

10. Refunds and Withdrawals

• Matrix+ enrolments are non-refundable once LMS access has commenced, except where required by law.

• The Promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to existing enrolments or completed purchases.

11. Combination with Other Offers

• This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount, unless otherwise stated.

• The following offer may be used concurrently:

  • $60 enrolment fee waiver via referral

12. General

• Matrix reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw this Promotion at any time at its discretion.

• All enrolments remain subject to Matrix’s standard enrolment terms and conditions.

• To the extent permitted by law, Matrix is not responsible for technical issues that may affect the application of the Promotion.

10% off Early Bird for 2026 January Holiday Courses (Term 2 January) – Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is available to customers who enrol in a Year 3 – 10 Short Holiday Course for the Term 2 Holiday period between 12 January 2026 – 25 January 2026 inclusive.
2. Both new and existing customers are eligible for this promotion.
3. Promotion Period: The promotion runs from Wednesday 12 November 2025 until Wednesday 26 November 2025 11:59 PM AEDT inclusive. Enrolments must be finalised before the end of the promotion period to be eligible for the promotion.
4. Eligible customers receive a 10% discount on the full course fee for 2026 Term 2 Short Holiday Courses.
5. For new Matrix customers, the enrolment fee is also waived.
6. To receive the promotion, customers must enrol in eligible courses on our online enrolment page or by calling us on 1300 008 008.
7. For Year 11 and 12 Holiday Accelerated Courses, provisionally enrolled courses are excluded from this promotion. The promotion applies only to new enrolments in a different subject or an additional holiday course.
8. The promotion does not apply to Matrix+ Courses, Matrix Term Courses, or Bookshop purchases.
9. The promotion cannot be combined with other promotions or discounts.
10. This promotion cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
11. The promotion becomes invalid if the customer cancels or disenrols from the course.
12. Matrix reserves the right to modify or cancel this promotion at any time without notice.
