These terms and conditions are to be agreed by parents or guardians when they accept an offer of an enrolment for a student at Matrix Education for ‘On Campus’ or ‘Online’ course (“course”). All standard terms and conditions (listed below) apply to each promotion in conjunction with the specific promotional terms and conditions listed within each promotion segment.
Matrix reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw Promotions at any time at its discretion.
All enrolments remain subject to Matrix’s standard enrolment terms and conditions.
To the extent permitted by law, Matrix is not responsible for technical issues that may affect the application of the Promotion.
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Matrix+ 4-for-3 Promotion (“Promotion”) offered by Matrix Education (“Matrix”).
Under this Promotion, customers who purchase four (4) or more eligible Matrix+ Online Courses in a single transaction will receive a 25% discount on eligible Matrix+ course fees (“Offer”). The 25% discount will be automatically applied in the cart.
The Promotion is available for enrolments made between the below dates. The Promotion is not valid for enrolments made before or after this period, unless otherwise stated by Matrix.
Start Date: Friday 27 March 2026
End Date: Sunday 28 June 2026 (unless extended or withdrawn earlier at Matrix’s discretion).
The Promotion is available to all customers enrolling in Matrix+ Online Courses, within the same grade.
All Matrix+ Online courses offered in NSW and VIC are eligible, subject to availability.
The Promotion does not apply to in-person Matrix courses, holiday courses, or other non-Matrix+ products, unless specified.
The Promotion is available to both new and existing students (subject to the following conditions). The promotional offer can only be applied per student. The offer cannot be combined or shared with other students in the same household or across different households. The promotional offer cannot be transferred between any other students.
Must purchase at least four (4) Matrix+ courses within the same grade in one transaction.
Courses may be paid upfront or via a monthly instalment plan over the first term.
Standard enrolment fees apply unless otherwise stated.
Students who have already purchased one (1) or two (2) Matrix+ terms may purchase the remaining course terms within the same grade upfront or via instalments and receive the equivalent of one (1) term free under the Promotion.
Students currently enrolled in three (3) Matrix+ terms may be eligible, subject to Matrix approval.
Students who have already purchased four (4) Matrix+ terms are not eligible for refunds, reimbursements, credits, or retrospective application of this Promotion.
Learning Management System (LMS) access will be provided at the start of each term, and remain available until the end of the access periods listed below. LMS course access will not be available in full at the time of purchase.
Years 7–11: Access ends 31 December of the enrolled year
Year 12: Access ends on the 1st official HSC examination date of the enrolled year.
Theory books (M+ course resources) will be shipped out at the start of each term. Books may not be shipped in full at the time of purchase as course content may be in the process of being updated.
Matrix+ enrolments are non-refundable once LMS access has commenced, except where required by law. Parents that enrol via this promotional offer acknowledge and accept that the course is purchased upfront and that no disenrolments or refunds are available throughout the duration of the course.
The Promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to existing enrolments or completed purchases.
These Terms & Conditions apply to the Matrix Holiday Course Promotion for Term 3 April 2026 courses (“Promotion”) offered by Matrix Education (“Matrix”).
Under this Promotion, customers who are new to Matrix in Term 3 April 2026 are eligible to receive a 25% discount on enrolments into selected Matrix April Holiday Courses. The Promotion can only be applied by contacting the Customer Service team and completing enrolment within the promotional period outlined below.
The Promotion is available for enrolments made between the below dates. The Promotion is not valid for enrolments made before or after this period, unless otherwise stated by Matrix.
Start Date: Friday 27 March 2026
End Date: Sunday 07 April 2026 (unless extended or withdrawn earlier at Matrix’s discretion).
The Promotion is available to all new or returning students who are enrolled in the Matrix in Term 3 April 2026 course, and do not have a current enrolment with Matrix in Term 2 January 2026. Students that are currently enrolled with Matrix in Term 2 January 2025 are not eligible to receive this offer.
This promotion applies to all Holiday revision courses in the Term 3 April 2026 period. The promotional offer is not applicable for Holiday Acceleration courses, Term courses, or M+ online courses.
The promotional offer can only be applied once per student. The offer cannot be combined or shared with other students in the same household or across different households. The promotional offer cannot be transferred between any other students.
Holiday course enrolments are non-refundable, except where required by law. Parents that enrol via this promotional offer acknowledge and accept that the course is purchased upfront and that no disenrolments or refunds are available throughout the duration of the course.
The Promotion cannot be applied retrospectively to existing enrolments or completed purchases.
1. Eligibility
1.1. The First Lesson Money Back Guarantee (FLMBG) is available to both new and existing customers.
1.2. Students must not have previously taken the subject for which the FLMBG is being exercised.
2. Enrolment and Fees
2.1. By opting into the FLMBG, you are enrolling in the subject, and all applicable fees are payable in full at the time of enrolment.
2.2. If you choose to disenrol after the first lesson, you may do so free of charge, provided you notify us before the commencement of the second lesson.
3. Refund of Enrolment Fee
3.1. If the subject is the first you have enrolled in with Matrix and you paid an Enrolment Fee at the time of enrolment, the Enrolment Fee is refundable under the following conditions:
a) You have exercised the FLMBG for this subject.
b) You are not enrolled in any other Matrix courses.
c) You do not intend to enrol in any Matrix courses in the future.
4. Spot Allocation
4.1. Once you advise us of your intention to disenrol, your spot in the subject will be allocated to the next customer on the waitlist, if applicable.
4.2. Matrix cannot guarantee that your spot will still be available if you wish to re-enrol.
5. Exclusions and Limitations
5.1. The FLMBG offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or discounts unless explicitly stated in the terms and conditions of the other offer.
6. Notification Process
6.1. To exercise the FLMBG, you must notify Matrix of your intention to disenrol in writing or via the designated communication channels before the commencement of the second lesson.
7. General
7.1. Matrix reserves the right to amend or discontinue the FLMBG at any time without prior notice.
7.2. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
8. Acceptance of Terms
8.1. By enrolling in a subject under the FLMBG, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
