For those of you who are in Year 12, now is a great time to start looking into university scholarships for 2017. Please see below for a list of some of the merit-based scholarships that will be on offer. This list is not exhaustive, and most universities offer equity and sports scholarships as well. Please note that the closing dates given are approximate – please monitor each respective university’s scholarship page for the exact dates once they have been announced.

| University of New South Wales – Co-op Program | This scholarship is set up by industry partners and UNSW. It offers financial support and industry training for selected undergraduate students in business, science, engineering and built environment. It is valued at $16,750 per year, for 5 years. | University of New South Wales – Scientia Scholarship | This scholarship was established to encourage students who achieve an ATAR of 99.9+ to undertake full time study at UNSW. | University of Technology Sydney – Vice Chancellor’s Outstanding Achievement Scholarship | This prestigious scholarship is offered to the top five HSC students with a UTS UAC preference. It is valued at $12,500 per year, for the duration of their degree. |
