How are classes allocated?

Students will be allocated on a first-come, first served-basis. Matrix education reserves the right  to allocated students to classes, subject to availability, at their own indiscretion.

What happens to my old form if I submit a new form?

The new form will override the previous form submitted, so make sure you put down ALL your preferences on the new form if you change your mind.

Can I choose my teacher?

Students can choose their day/time preferences only. Teacher class allocations have not been confirmed, nor will they be disclosed until all preferences are received.

Can I change my mind for classes or times?

If you wish to change, submit another form and only the most recent form will be considered. Please note that classes are allocated on a first come first serve basis, so it’s best to get the class you want by submitting your preference as soon as possible.

Can I add another course after I’ve submitted my form?

You will need to fill in ALL the subjects that you wish to enrol for again in the new form including your additional and previously selected courses. Any classes selected in the old submission will not be considered.
