Enrolments Advisor

Matrix Education is hiring Enrolments Advisors to join our Marketing and Enrolments team in Sydney or Melbourne. 

As an Enrolments Advisor, you will be responsible for converting high intent leads into enrolments through proactive, phone-based sales. The successful candidates will be skilled communicators who can engage prospective and returning customers with clarity, empathy, and confidence.

This full time role is based out of our Sydney CBD Head Office or our Melbourne (Box Hill) office, Monday to Friday.

What you’ll do…

• Lead Conversion – Convert Free Trial sign ups into confirmed bookings and paid enrolments, Re-engaging lapsed customers and cross-selling to existing customers across relevant courses.
• Sales Pipeline Management – Maintain accurate lead status and outcomes in the CRM.
• Customer Engagement – Understand and articulate the value of Matrix programs clearly to different customer segments and provide personalised educational service recommendations based on student needs.
• Collaboration & Reporting – Work closely with the Marketing and Enrolments team to deliver feedback on lead quality, sales insights, conversion performance and trends.

What you’ll need…

• Minimum 3+ years experience in phone based or consultative sales.
• Proven ability to meet or exceed conversion or sales targets.
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, metrics driven environment.
• Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using a CRM system. (Salesforce preferred!)
• Results focused with a competitive drive.
• Confident communicator who builds trust quickly.
• Organised and self motivated with a strong sense of ownership.
• Adaptable and open to feedback in a team-oriented culture.
