As the Marketing Manager, you will drive both enrolment growth and brand awareness for Matrix Education. This role blends full funnel digital marketing and campaign leadership.

You will contribute as part of a dynamic team and act as a campaign producer to ensure initiatives land with quality, speed, and impact. This position will  have frequent interaction with C-suite executives as the primary execution lead across multiple campaigns. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, analytical ability, and strong communication and leadership skills.

Reporting to the Head of Marketing, you will take ownership of lifecycle marketing, paid media, SEO, and website performance, while supporting brand initiatives across content, social, and creative. 

 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead our lifecycle marketing program in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), optimising lead nurturing and conversion.
  • Design and deliver integrated marketing campaigns that drive enrolments and awareness.
  • Ownership of company website and SEO performance, driving traffic and conversion improvements.
  • Manage paid digital channels, partnering with agencies or freelancers where needed.
  • Oversee social media strategy and brand content distribution.
  • Guide reporting and analytics across all key marketing channels.
  • Support broader brand, content, and CX initiatives across the business.

 

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing roles with strong digital and campaign execution experience.
  • Full stack marketer with a strong execution mindset, with primary experience in Growth Marketing and either Product or Brand Marketing.
  • Hands on experience with  marketing platforms such as SFMC (preferred), Hubspot etc.
  • Lifecycle marketing and email marketing experience .
  • Familiar with paid media, SEO, content and CRO tools.
  • Strong project management and cross functional leadership skills.
  • Experience coordinating campaign delivery across functions.
  • Excellent communication and creative collaboration ability.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams, projects, and performance.
  • Values quality and consistency while delivering at pace.
  • Excited by education, brand building, and continuous improvement.
  • Bachelors degree qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Media or Journalism.
