Customer Service Representative 

Strathfield, Castle Hill, Parramatta

Part-Time | 3 – 4 days per week

 

Matrix Education is hiring part time Customer Service Representatives to join the team at our Strathfield, Parramatta or Castle Hill locations. Working hours are 3 to 4 days per week, including at least one weekend shift.

 

As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide a range of administrative services to our customers, contribute to continuously improving processes to satisfy customer needs whilst building and maintaining strong relationships with all client bases. Full on-the-job training and support is provided.

 

The position is ideal for a customer service professional who is looking to take the next step in their career and grow within an organisation.

 

 

What you’ll do…

  • Day to day operational management of the Matrix campus.
  • Responding to inbound telephone, email and face to face enquiries.
  • Making outbound sales and engagement calls.
  • Ownership of end to end enrolment management, from trial lessons, enrolment to retention.
  • Management of customer profiles and enrolments on the CRM.
  • Delivery of internal communications at the campus level.
  • Providing support to staff and students on site.
  • Ad hoc administrative duties.

 

What you’ll need…

  • Minimum two years’ experience in customer service, administration or call centre.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with a confident, polite and professional approach.
  • Keen attention to detail when documenting and entering information.
  • Ability to remain calm and focused during busy periods.
  • Flexible attitude, hard-working and results driven.
  • Friendly and approachable nature – you genuinely enjoy helping others.
  • Strong problem-solving skills – you think on your feet and stay composed under pressure.
  • Great multitasking abilities – handling calls while updating systems and notes.
  • Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce CRM experience is a big plus).
