They do their best in answering your questions. Often I have found that tutoring companies treat you as a number, not as a student. However, Matrix is great for accommodating your individual needs as a learner. The classrooms are very modern and there are study spaces for 1-1 workshops too.

The school-based classes are designed for Years 7–10 students from the same school who want to stay ahead with structured support, expert teaching, and lessons aligned to their school’s syllabus and assessments. Students should be working at or above grade level.

Our school based tutoring classes in Sydney are designed to support every student’s individual needs within the context of their school environment. Students attend engaging tutoring sessions led by expert teachers that focus on both their strengths and areas of weakness, while learning content directly related to their school assessments.. These classes help motivate students to develop essential skills in a specific subject (English, Maths, or Science) through attending class with friends and like-minded peers. 

Parents are an important part of the learning journey, receiving regular updates on progress, results, and strategies to reinforce learning at home. Each session includes targeted activities, exercises, and personalised strategies that enhance ability, engagement, and confidence.

Our tailored school-based classes, coupled with the Matrix teaching approach, empower students to maximise their potential, prepare for exams, and ensure long-term academic success. Students gain the tools and strategies they need to thrive in school and beyond. Apply here.

The class will follow the Matrix teaching system, but will be adapted to match your school’s syllabus and assessment timelines. Students will get dedicated support on upcoming school assessments.

No. Once your group reaches the minimum number of students, Matrix will organise the class and prepare resources tailored to your school’s curriculum.

You’ll need 8 or more students from the same school and year group to start a class.

School-based classes are available at all of our Matrix NSW campuses: Castle Hill, Chatswood, Epping, Hurstville, Parramatta, Strathfield, and Sydney City.

You can form a Year 7 –10 school-based class in Maths, English, and Science. Year 11 & 12 subjects are available upon request and group formation.

There is no cost to register your interest.

If your class is confirmed, standard Matrix term course fees will apply. We’ll share all pricing details before you enrol.
