a 99+ ATAR

The Matrix Prep Course helped me to gain a greater understanding of the modules and what aspects I should particularly focus on when revising. This allowed me to efficiently study and feel more comfortable when sitting my exams.

Teachers at Matrix are good and knowledgeable. We are provided with books and the class room setting is nice and clean. So far so good!

It was really good having experienced teachers for the UCAT course because you don’t miss out on any important details or tips. Having a teacher specialising in each subtest of the UCAT exam allows you to create a separate mindset for each of the five subtests which are different from each other.

Matrix Physics classes have allowed me to pick up concepts faster and retain information better. I was also supported by knowledgeable teachers and had reliable resources to look back on. Matrix ensures that students not only understand the HSC content, but comprehend the reasoning and important foundations behind it as well.

Matrix Chemistry class offered a paced and guided learning experience that has helped me hone my knowledge and exam techniques. It has a team of inspirational and insightful teachers who create welcoming and comfortable classroom environments, where I felt like I could grow as a student.

The English course is so well designed. We are exposed to many different text types, allowing us to prepare for any possible exam question that could come up. My teacher also helped me work towards improving my writing by pinpointing areas of improvement.

Matrix was honestly one of the best tutoring places I have ever been to. It was only through the experienced tutors and their brilliant guidance I was able to achieve Band 6’s in all my subjects and achieve a 99+ ATAR. I thank you Matrix and I cannot be anymore grateful.

Year 12 English term courses helped me gain a broader understanding of all the Modules as well as improve my analysis skills. Moreover, the valuable feedback I received from my teacher ultimately gave rise to higher marks and increased confidence.

The structured lessons with quizzes and question time for homework really helped consolidate my knowledge as well as learn from my classmates.

Year 10 Science Term courses provided me with high-quality, thorough resources that broke down huge amounts of content into easily digestible chunks. On top of that, the teachers I had were all so helpful and passionate!

I greatly enjoyed the Year 12 Chemistry Term course, as I was exposed to a wider range of question types and my teacher was extremely knowledgeable. The tips and tricks I received helped me to refine my exam technique and identify common HSC question types.

The Year 11 English course was highly effective in preparing me for the rigours of Year 12 English. It allowed me to further develop writing skills and work to develop a well-thought-out essay under time constraints.

The Year 11 Maths Extension provided me with a strong foundation on which to build a higher level of maths, coupled with extensive, thorough resources that never left me lacking questions! Moreover, my teacher was always engaging which made the lessons something to look forward to rather than dread.
