Complete copies of the student’s two most recent school reports.

Copy of your most recent NAPLAN results. (Year 3 or 5.)

- Students must be currently enrolled in Year 2, 3, 4, or 5 at a school that is registered, accredited, and recognised by NESA, and currently reside in the Sydney Metropolitan area.
- Applications must be submitted online by
**Sunday 18 August 2024 at 8:00pm AEST**. Only one application per student. - All submitted application documents and files remain the property of Matrix Education.
- Incomplete applications (including broken links, omitted information, incorrect information) or submissions after the closing date will not be considered. If you are a year 2 applicant, please upload a blank document under NAPLAN Results.

By submitting your application, both the student and the parent acknowledge and agree to the application guidelines. The decision of the Matrix Scholarship Committee at any stage of the application and assessment process, including termination, is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.

Yes, the Matrix Primary Scholarship is open to current and non-Matrix students in Year 2, 3, 4, or 5 in 2024.

Yes, your most recent NAPLAN results (your Year 3 results in this instance), will form part of your Matrix Primary Scholarship application portfolio.

The scholarship exams consist of parts in English, Mathematics and Critical Thinking. The exams are skills based and designed to assess a student’s abilities.

There is no set number or quota for scholarship students. The number of Matrix Scholarships awarded will vary each year based on the quality of applicants.

The 2025 Matrix Scholarship will be valid for the upcoming academic year commencing 14 October 2024 and concluding 22 September 2025. Scholarship recipients are subject to quarterly reviews at the end of every term for the continuation of their Matrix Scholarship.
